Since stepping into a leadership role, Jarrod has been instrumental in expanding CUI’s presence across multiple states, scaling it into one of the fastest-growing commercial flooring companies in the multi-family sector.
With a background in business development and regional operations, Jarrod oversees all aspects of strategic planning, team leadership, subcontractor relations, and financial performance. Under his leadership, CUI has developed a reputation for efficiency, reliability, and market agility — with a clear path toward nationwide expansion.
Jarrod is passionate about building strong teams, investing in leadership, and creating scalable systems that empower people to thrive. He is currently spearheading efforts to launch new markets, streamline job scheduling, and implement a high-impact incentive and equity strategy to attract top talent and partners.
Outside of Work:
Jarrod has built a home in Middleton, MA, where he now resides with his wife, 12-year-old daughter, and 9-year-old son. He enjoys traveling and spending quality time with his family, and takes great pride in developing his children’s athletic careers in soccer and hockey. He instills in them
