As Director of Finance, CUI, Jill Eberhardt brings a strong background in collections and accounts receivable, which continues to shape her role in supporting the company’s financial operations. Since joining the team in 2012, she has played a key role in managing collections, maintaining
healthy cash flow, and supporting a wide range of internal functions. In addition to her financial responsibilities, Jill also oversees HR administration, including onboarding, compliance, and employee support.
Her strong financial acumen, attention to detail, and cross-functional support make her a vital controller-level presence within CUI’s day-to-day operations.
Outside of Work:
A Massachusetts native, Jill grew up in Revere and now enjoys life near the coast with her dog, Nala. She’s passionate about the outdoors, especially skiing and beach walks, and recharges with a blend of country music and shopping on her days off.
